2025 Youth Cohort - Spring Open
Application Eligibility
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age by the first day of session. A complete and full application must be submitted by the deadline.
Consider all session dates that will require your full commitment (final dates TBA). No more than one absence can occur during the duration of the cohort. It is mandatory for each applicant to be present and stay in full on the first day and the last day. If you are unable to commit to the current session dates, please consider applying for a later session.

Failure to meet these requirements will put your training and alumna benefits in jeopardy.

Although the cost of the program is free, applicants are responsible for getting to sessions located in Indianapolis, IN. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Overview
Spread over the course of 4 weeks, this youth summit is geared towards introducing and developing a successful political strategy to make a lasting impact in the political environment. The Growth Project aims to develop specific skillsets so applicants can thrive in this industry. The ultimate goal of the completion of this cohort is for each applicant to successfully develop the knowledge and skills in a political setting through secured placements and partnerships.
